Chris Hondros

    photographs. Photographers put there life at risk everyday,By taking pictures in dangerous places. This made 
    Chris Hondros  memorable. Chris Hondros is a photographer made a big impact in the world, and had a short but great career.

      Chris Hondros was born March 14,1970 he won an award winning photojournalist with Getty Images who covered every major conflict since the late 1990s. His work took him to dangerous environments throughout Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia."Chris was thoughtful and philosophical about the events he covered, and he was measured and calculated in the risks he took. In addition to conflict, he also covered domestic stories, including John Kerry’s presidential campaign."
      
     Chris Hondros pictures that impacted people by the angles and him taking it up  close. He also took portraits of people. The pictures he took were very graphic pictures in war zones. In January 2005 Hondros took pictures detailing the shooting of an Iraqi family by U.S. troops, they were published extensively and garnered worldwide acclaim and criticism.
      
    Chris Hondros has a big impact in the world.  His pictures were impacting and has message through the pictures he took. Hondros was killed during the same attack in Libya.Ciric said that journalists are now more frequently targeted, and although news organizations do a lot to mitigate risks, photojournalism can still be an extremely dangerous profession. “A good photojournalist has to be close to the action to document the story, and we can’t ever get around that basic fact,”  “A good photojournalist has the drive and curiosity to witness and document conflicts, disasters, atrocities, and historic world events, and a good experienced photojournalist also exercises caution and educates themselves about the environments in which they will be working in order to minimize risk.
