There are many photographers out there in the world that will risk their life's trying to get their word out to the public. Some are accomplished and others fail. After all photographers risk their lives to go to very dangerous places and take pictures to make a story. They have to leave home but at the same time they know what they are doing and they know what they are going to photograph. But at the end, they don't know what's coming towards rep here way when they step on that plane.
For my photojournalist. I decided to research was Javier Manzano because when I was looking up top 10 war photographers. He also came up as one of the most inspiring photojournalist I've ever seen.aJavier Manzano was a very famous photographer, and film maker. He was born in Mexico and moved to the United States which his family when he was 18. He crossed the border and found out that it wasn't going to be easy.
When he came to the USA, he started to photograph the issues that was going on when people where crossing the border. He also was photographing the army and to see what was going on. And won 2 awards of the best photos in 2006 and 2003. He was also photographing issues that where happening in Mexico like the drug war. He was capturing the issues of people trying to run away from the cops and also riots that happend.
He continued doing his job untill 2009 when he closed his doors to his last employer.
He was very happy to what he was doing because he knew that he was changing something to the world. Because people knew that it wasn't easy crossing the border and that people faced struggles to start a new life and to see there loved ones that live on the other side. Javier said that it wasn't easy of taking photos of people looking at there loved ones dead. He was showing to the people that crossing the border is nothing funny at all. And that parents risk their life's to save their children so they can get to the other side safely and start a new world.
After all he was a very powerful journalist because he took pictures of the outside world not many of us citizens see. We thing of a happy world where peace is the only thing there is. But Javier Manzano found out that the military is losing soldiers risking their life's to keep us safe and spend millions of dollars to keep is safe and peaceful. This is why I chose Javier Manzano to research.
